Allsoft Ecommerce Contact Center upgraded the telephony platform

Allsoft Ecommerce has completed the project of upgrading the telephony platform – multilingual Contact Center was deployed in Naumen 7.1. The new platform allows launching customers support projects of any complexity within 1-2 days, as well as flexible configuring telephony, reporting system, operator scripts.

The solution improves the quality of services in terms of customer recognition through integration with internal resources, reduction of the number of internal transfers and the processing time of calls.
