Allsoft Ecommerce Contact Center became a Silver Medal Winner and was named one of the “Best Contact Centers” in EMEA at the 14th annual ContactCenterWorld Top Ranking Performers Awards. The regional final of the competition among the countries of EMEA was held in Vienna on 24–27 of June.
